Murali Vullaganti is the Founder of RuralShores Business Services. He served as a Strategy Advisor to a number of IT and ITES companies in India and overseas. Murali was previously the Managing Director of Xansa India; wherein he was responsible for IT and BPO operations of Xansa in India. Prior to Xansa, Murali was associated with EDS Asia Pacific, as Regional Director. Having lived in the USA for 15 years and the Asia Pacific (Singapore) for 5 years, Murali held several senior executive positions at large IT and BPO organizations globally. He is also a founding Director of Compassites Software, a technology ideation company which is headquartered in Bangalore.
Srinivasan is the Co-Founder of RuralShores. He founded Dawn Consulting and worked at Wipro Finance as Vice President, Marketing and with SRFHe advises clients in the areas of strategic finance, strategic planning advice for startups, Consulting, Venture Capital & Private Equity investments for corporates and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Dawn Consulting, Srinivasan has worked at Wipro Finance as Vice President, Marketing, SRF in various corporate functions and at Wimco and Pressmetal Corp.

Prior to joining RuralShores, Neeraj was associated with NIIT Ltd as Senior Vice President & has also worked with KLG Systel Ltd, Qubie Computers, Indian Sugar and Gen Engg Corp, Hindustan Petroleum etc. He has over 31 years of work experience in different industries in varied roles. He has speciliazed in Business Strategy, Program Management, Operations, Managing Business, Profitability Management & Team Management in IT/ Manufacturing Industries. In 2006, he set up the NIIT Foundation where he implemented models for providing quality education to under-served youth in rural India as well as urban slums. Neeraj actively participates with an NGO that skills deaf youth for employment with Corporates.
Ramesh has 28 years of global industry experience. He started his career with Unilever and worked with them in India and in the UK for over 20 years . During his association with Unilever, he set up Indigo, the shared services subsidiary for Unilever and led its development globally. When Unilever sold the business, he oversaw the transition of Indigo to Capgemini. In Capgemini, he led the BPO business for Asia and was a member of the global BPO Board. During this period he lived and worked in China and led a 4000 member team across India, China and Australia. Ramesh has global experience in the consumer goods and outsourcing industries in over 20 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. Ramesh is a Management post graduate from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
