“I never imagined I’d be working in a core company. I thought my future was fixed the day I dropped out after Class 10.”

These were Ravi’s words — a young man from a small village near Jambusar, Bharuch — just days before stepping into his new job as an electrician at a reputed manufacturing company.

Ravi once believed his dreams ended the moment he left school. But today, he walks into a future he never thought possible — with pride, purpose, and a paycheck that can change his family’s life.

And Ravi is not the only one. We are aware that such school students are across the country where they drop out of school and then can only do menial tasks. For anything different or more, they need to step out and do more like Ravi did.

At RuralShores Skills Academy, we’re witnessing these quiet revolutions every day. In our Jambusar centre, we’ve designed a 3-month holistic employability program tailored to the diverse educational journeys of rural youth:
à     For school dropouts and below 12th – Electrician Training
à     For 12th pass and graduates – BFSI and BPO Training
à     For everyone – Spoken English, Advanced Excel, Basic Computers, and Personality Development

But what we teach goes beyond the curriculum.
It’s about restoring lost confidence.
Changing “I can’t” into “Why not me?”
It’s about shifting the mindset — from scarcity to possibility.
Building in clear hope where there was none.

And the results?

*Youth are getting placed in core companies.
*Salaries are improving.
*Mindsets are changing.
*Aspirations are rising.

The most powerful part?
This model doesn’t just work — it’s scalable. We can reach more villages, transform more lives, and rewrite more stories like Ravi’s. Would you like to participate with us in this progression?
