We caught up with Pravin, who leads field operations at RSA, to learn how he builds structure, trust, and local leadership across regions — driving consistent impact at scale.
Q1: How has your RSA journey shaped you?
Pravin:
It’s been a journey of growth. Personally, I’ve become more confident and resilient. Professionally, RSA gave me leadership opportunities and the chance to work with passionate teams. I still remember scaling a campaign across 300+ villages in 10 days — it taught me the value of precision, planning, and teamwork.
Q2: What has sustained RSA’s 11-year trust with our FMCG client?
Pravin: “Consistency, accountability, and shared commitment. Our checker role ensures on-ground quality. During a skincare launch, our team spotted miscommunication early in West Bengal. We worked with the client to roll out a corrective learning module within 48 hours — that agility made a big difference.”
Q3: How do you manage operations across diverse regions?
Pravin: “With strong SOPs and collaboration. In the Northeast, we introduced vernacular training for better reach. Empowering local leaders also helps ensure consistent execution despite geographic diversity.”
Q4: What tools help you stay on top of field updates?
Pravin: “Mobile apps and dashboards track real-time data. WhatsApp groups help solve issues quickly — like a stock delivery problem we fixed within 2 hours during a UP campaign, just through photo sharing and team coordination.”
Q5: Can you share an example of impact through training?
Pravin: “In rural Maharashtra, female promoters were struggling. We launched OJT and peer learning sessions — one promoter, Kavita, improved from 5 to 14 conversions a day. The team saw a 25% boost in just five days.
Pravin is a powerful example of how structured leadership and local empowerment create real, scalable impact.”
