At RuralShores Skills Academy (RSA), we recognize the barriers faced by underserved youth and women—especially from rural communities—as they move from education to employment. Our Employability Readiness Program is a purpose-driven initiative designed to bridge this transition with confidence.
Developed in collaboration with NGOs and CSR arms of leading corporations, this program empowers individuals not only to find jobs, but to thrive in them, unlocking lifelong financial independence and self-reliance.

Our Approach
RSA’s approach is rooted in community-based mobilization across 20+ states, with a focus on underserved youth and women from rural areas. We collaborate with NGOs and CSR partners to deliver targeted, high-impact training. Our project-based learning model ensures participants learn by doing—working on real, hands-on projects that build practical, job-ready skills. We place a strong emphasis on women’s empowerment through dedicated onboarding, training, and placement support. Beyond job placements, we provide sustained post-placement support to help learners adjust, grow, and thrive in their new roles—ensuring not just employment, but long-term transformation.
