Founded in March 2013, RSA began with a clear mission: to bridge the urban-rural divide by equipping young people and corporates with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive in India’s growing economy.

The organization was founded under the leadership of Neeraj Agarwal, an IIT Delhi alumnus with two decades of experience at NIIT Ltd. Since then, RSA has transformed thousands of lives, expanding from just 4 centers in 3 states to a pan-India presence, working across sectors, industries, and communities.
A Decade of Impact
2013
Inception
RSA launched its operations in collaboration with RuralShores Business Services to provide skill training to rural youth for domestic BPO centers.
2018
Deepening Focus
RSA expanded its partnerships, including with Hindustan Unilever for marketing activations, and developed special training programs to reintegrate trafficked girls into the workforce.
2023
Inclusion & Diversification
We broadened our reach through collaborations with large corporates and NGOs. We launched specialized training centers in Gujarat and initiated programs for vulnerable girls in rural India
