Murali was formerly Managing Director of Xansa India, responsible for IT and BPO operations, and Regional Director, EDS Asia Pacific. He has been a strategy advisor to a number of IT and ITES companies in India and overseas. He is also Founder and Executive Chairman of PeopleShores Inc., USA, providing technology driven jobs to the economically challenged communities there.
Srinivasan Govindan
G. Srinivasan, Co-Founder & Director, brings over 40 years of experience across corporate finance, strategic consulting, and social entrepreneurship. He has held key roles at Wimco, SRF, and Wipro Finance, and co-founded Dawn Consulting Group. He is also a Partner at CDI Global Inc., a global M&A advisory network, and serves on the Advisory Council of IIMPACT, an NGO educating 60,000 underprivileged girls across India.

Harsh Nath
Harsh has over 30 years experience in leadership roles in Business Strategy, Marketing and Operations in the US, and India. Over the course of his career, he has worked for Unilever, McKinsey, Motorola, and Dell. His specific expertise is in defining and implementing growth and operational improvement programs for businesses in different industries. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Delhi, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago. Harsh is now retired and serves as an advisor to startups and NGOs.
Manish Mohan
Manish Mohan is a business and operations leader with 20+ years of experience across corporate, government, and entrepreneurial domains. He has led large, diverse teams globally and worked on skill development initiatives with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
Manish is the founder of Inverted Mushrooms (digital marketing) and MyGrowth360 (career development platform). He has held leadership roles at Sterco Digitex, Wadhwani Foundation, NIIT, and Polaris, and served on the boards of multiple education and training ventures.
