For 9 years and 5 months, he has been a driving force as a trainer at RuralShores Skills Academy, Lucknow – shaping not just learners, but training field professionals.
From building confidence to strengthening real-world skills, Shivam’s impact goes beyond the classroom and into the field where it truly matters.
With years of hands-on experience and deep learner connection, he continues to transform potential into performance.
A real example?
Pooja knew the script. She followed every SOP.
Yet her sales were almost zero – and so was her confidence.
Instead of classroom correction, Shivam observed her real customer interactions.
One small shift: from explaining the product to understanding the customer.
That same day? She closed her first confident sale.
Weeks later, Pooja wasn’t just performing – she was thriving.
Here’s Shivam, in his own words:
“My core philosophy is simple – true change doesn’t come from teaching; it comes from connecting. When professionals understand how their work is linked to their own growth and future, they naturally become driven to transform.
One of the biggest gaps I see in the field today is that people know what to do, but not why they are doing it. I address this through real-time roleplay and on-spot feedback, focusing on practical application so that learning is not just understood, but adopted instantly.
My journey started with a limited classroom reach, but over time, real-world experiences helped me scale my impact digitally through “Creative Life (Badi Boond)”. Today, my focus has evolved from just training skills to inspiring mindset shifts at a larger scale.
I draw constant inspiration from field professionals who continue to deliver, even in challenging conditions. That’s what has shaped my approach – training that goes beyond technical knowledge to become emotional, motivational, and focused on real behavior change.”
