Let’s Meet Our Trainer – Soumen!

With over 12 years of experience in training and auditing, Soumen is known for his practical, people-first approach. His journey is not just about professional excellence but also about inspiring those around him — including his own family. Let’s hear his story.

1. What inspired you to take on responsibilities early, and how has your 12-year journey shaped you?
Due to my father’s absence, I had to step up early. This taught me ownership, discipline, and hard work. Over 12 years as a trainer and auditor, I’ve learned how to simplify concepts and treat every task like it’s my own — helping me grow personally and professionally.

2. How do you ensure your training and audits lead to real improvements on the ground?
I focus on practical, hands-on training with written guidance and real-time practice. Regular team check-ins help reinforce learning and solve issues, ensuring consistent improvement in both audits and daily work.

3. What drives you daily, and what advice would you give to young professionals?
What drives me every single day is the opportunity to learn something new — whether it’s a fresh perspective, a new skill, or a lesson from a challenge I’ve faced. I believe growth is a continuous journey, and every day is a chance to become just a little bit better than the day before.
To young professionals, I’d say this: stay curious — never stop asking questions or exploring new ideas. Take ownership of your work — when you treat every task as an opportunity to learn and grow, you’ll naturally stand out. And most importantly, keep learning. The biggest transformations often come from consistent, small efforts repeated over time. Don’t underestimate the power of persistence and progress, even if it feels slow. Success doesn’t happen overnight, but with dedication and curiosity, it absolutely happens.

4. What changes have you seen in field teams, and how do you keep your methods relevant across regions?
Promoters have become more skilled, confident, and aware of standards like spill management. I adapt my training to local needs, languages, and learning styles to keep sessions practical and effective everywhere.
