Meetings have a very predictable superpower. 

They turn full rooms into silent theatres the moment participation is required. 

Leader: “Any thoughts?” 

Team: 
“Good question…” 
“Yeah… important one…” 

—-Silence— 

Suddenly. 

Laptop screens become fascinating 
Notes look urgent 
And everyone is nodding like they’re decoding something complex 

Leader: “Let’s hear from you.” 

That one person: 
“Yeah so basically…” 

–brain buffering… 

“…yeah.” 

And just like that, 
a simple question becomes a full team performance. 

Funny thing is. 

The ideas were always there. 
They just didn’t make it to the meeting.
