My journey as a BFSI trainer began with a simple belief: knowledge becomes meaningful only when it empowers someone to shape a better future. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with learners from diverse backgrounds, guiding them not just in technical concepts but also in building confidence, discipline, and workplace readiness for the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
A recurring challenge I have observed is the gap between classroom learning and real-world application. Learners often understand theory but struggle when it comes to practical accounting, communication, aptitude, and interview readiness. To address this, I focus on experiential learning methods such as case studies, role plays, mock interviews, and hands-on practice with tools like Tally and MS Excel.
Success Story: Prakash Machhi’s Transformation
One journey that continues to stay with me is that of Prakash Machhi.
Coming from a small-town background, Prakash joined the program with a strong willingness to learn but very limited confidence and minimal exposure to real-world accounting practices. Initially, even simple workplace communication and practical tasks felt challenging for him.
With consistent mentoring, structured practice sessions, and continuous encouragement, his transformation was gradual but remarkable. He started participating actively, improving his technical accuracy, and gaining confidence in handling real accounting scenarios.
Today, Prakash works as an Accountant at Indian Peroxide Company, Dahej, with a monthly salary of ₹28,000. From a hesitant learner in a small town to a confident working professional managing real responsibilities, his journey is a powerful reminder that the right guidance, combined with persistence, can truly change lives.
