The best trainers don’t measure success by the number of people they teach.
They measure it by how many people go on to teach others.
For Vijay Parmar, Excel was never just about formulas and functions.
It started as a tool to solve real workplace challenges. From creating reports and dashboards to managing MIS, attendance, and data analysis, Excel became a way to turn information into meaningful insights.
But over time, Vijay noticed something important.
Many people were not struggling with Excel because it was too complex.
They were struggling because they had never learned how to apply it practically.
That realization changed the direction of his journey.
Vijay became an Advanced Excel trainer with a simple belief: learning should not be about memorizing formulas. It should be about developing the ability to solve problems.
His approach has always focused on helping learners understand the “why” behind every concept, apply their knowledge confidently, and use Excel as a tool for better decision-making.
One of the proudest moments of his journey has been seeing Patel Vivekkumar Hiteshbhai grow from an Advanced Excel learner into an Advanced Excel Trainer himself.
One learner.
One mentor.
Two trainers creating impact.
As Vijay believes:
“Don’t memorize formulas. Learn to solve problems. That’s what transforms careers.”
At RuralShores Skills Academy, we celebrate trainers like Vijay who go beyond teaching skills. They build confidence, create opportunities, and inspire the next generation of trainers and mentors.
Because a trainer’s greatest legacy is not just the knowledge they share.
It is the impact they multiply.
